    Today's kids have nothing on the gay-bi-transgendered boomers who used to party on O ST SW back in the 1970's.

    It was once rumored that the origin of HIV & AIDS can be traced back to those clubs.

    It was once rumored that transplants to the DC area have to pay 100 times more for their real estate than the DC area natives who originally owned the properties.

    I have absolutely no idea what that cartoon means. I think maybe it means that Death enjoys funny T-shirts. But, I can't be certain.

    Please translate the cartoon into "literate sane person" for me.
